Shipping & Handling
We ship every weekday, sometimes twice a day and within 24 hours of confirmed payment and cleared checks.
You'll receive two emails from us: An order confirmation and a shipping notification. Normally the first email is sent within minutes of receipt of your order.
We do not add items to orders once they are paid for since orders go directly to our shipping department.
If you don't receive emails from us within 24 hours please check you spam settings and spam/bulk folder. Sometimes these settings will block our responses and you'll find our emails and responses in your spam/bulk folder.

We ship to many international destinations at very reasonable prices. We ship to the United States (50 US states only), Canada, all EU countries, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. We do not ship to any other destination. We do make exceptions sometimes but please contact us first.
For our Canadian customers we pay all the import duties and excise taxes so you don't have to.
Shipments are made using 1st Class Air Mail.
Based on our experience most packages arrive to their destination within 1-2 weeks but some take longer. We can offer you the following as a guide: 30% of people receive their package in 2-3 business days. 75% receive it in 5 business days. 98% receive their package in 5-10 business days. A small 2% receive their package in 3-4 weeks. So if you're one of the 2% please be patient and remember losses are very rare.

We do our very best to represent every product we sell accurately. Our descriptions are precise and our pictures are accurate. However, if you decide not to keep your order for any reason, we offer a 30 day 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Simply do the following:
- Contact us to arrange the return of any item and to obtain an authorization code.
- Return your items within 30 days of purchase in their original condition.
Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment whenever possible. We will not charge a restocking fee and by the same token you'll understand that we do not refund the Shipping and Handling charges. Please note that we cannot issue refunds, credits, send out replacements or exchange your purchase before we receive the returned items.
Privacy &
Security
We hold the information you give us completely private. We do not sell, share your name, address, email account, credit card or any other information with anyone whatsover.
There are no exceptions to this policy except in the case of fraud or for law enforcement.
We've also taken many measures to make our site is safe and secure and we use the very latest in encryption technology.
If you pay by credit card, we don't keep your credit card information on our Database.

We accept PayPal and Money Orders from USPS and Canada Post.
We accept Cashier's Checks drawn on north American Banks
We also accept personal checks.

If you pay by money order or cashier's check we will ship your package as soon as your payment is received.
If you pay by personal checks we ship your package as soon as the check clears. This may take as long as 20 business days (especially in the case of international checks).

Insurance
We offer insurance at very reasonable rates. Most packages can be insured for 99¢.
Not many packages get lost but it's worth spending a dollar or two just in case.
When you buy insurance we insure your package and you receive a replacement should your package get lost. After 40 days have passed (from the shipping date), we file a claim to get a refund and then we replace your package.
Insurance is completely optional but please don't expect theBeadingZone® to replace lost packages if you don't pay the small insurance fee.

Points Reward Program
theBeadingZone® Points Reward Program is our way of thanking our new customers from buying from us, and for returning customers for their vote of confidence. The program works as follows:
As soon as you place your first order with theBeadingZone® you're automatically enrolled in our reward points program.
You are then awarded points based on the promotion we have running each time you place an order.
You receive points for purchases you make. Points are not awarded for shipping and handling fees or taxes due.
One dollar is awarded for each 100 points you accumulate.
Some items are on special promotion and may carry a larger point reward than the current running promotion. Those can be found in the Special Promotions Category.
When you've collected enough points (not to exceed $100) you can apply for a Gift Certificate to redeem your points reward.
From my account administration, apply for a gift certificate to generate your application.
We will approve and authorize your gift certificate within 4-6 weeks. Authorization may take longer under some circumstances.
To check if your application has been authorized, from my account administration request to redeem you gift certificate by entering the gift number that has been emailed to you.
Once approved and authorized, you can use a gift certificate to pay for purchases.
As you Check Out you may enter the gift number.
Any unused portion of the gift certificate can be used for another purchase at another time.
Any purchase made with a gift certificate will not accumulate new points.
Points are authorized and awarded only when your previous purchases have been completed and your payment processed.
We reserve the right to cancel theBeadingZone® Points Reward Program and to change the amount of the rewards at any time.
We also reserve the right to cancel the points accumulated by certain customers in the case of deliquency, non-payment or fraud.
