- We ship every weekday, sometimes twice a day and within 24 hours of confirmed payment or cleared checks.
- At theBeadingZone® we aim to keep our shipping and handling fees as low as possible:
- In the US and Canada pay as little as $1.99 for S/H.
- We capped our S/H fees for the US and Canada. Buy all you want and pay a maximum of $5.99.
- The S/H fees cover the cost of the packing, labelling and mailing of your order. The fees of course depend on the weight of the items you buy. Heavier items are charged a larger shipping fee since it costs more to ship heavier packages. Please see the individual item details for the shipping fee that applies.

Insurance
We offer insurance at very reasonable rates. Most packages can be insured for 99¢.
Not many packages get lost but it's worth spending a dollar or two just in case.
When you buy insurance we insure your package and you receive a replacement should your package get lost. After 40 days have passed (from the shipping date), we file a claim to get a refund and then we replace your package.
Insurance is completely optional but please don't expect theBeadingZone® to replace lost packages if you don't pay the small insurance fee.

What do Shipping & Handling fees include?
The shipping & handling fees include more than the cost of the postage. In fact shipping and handling involves a great deal more. When you place your order, the items you bought are picked, verified for quality and then packed. There's the packing material and the labor to put everything together. We ensure that you get what you ordered. For international order it also includes all the paper work we need to ship your package.
Import Duties for Canadians
There will be none. We pay all duties so you don't have to. The duties range between 5 and 10% and Excise taxes are approximately 10% so this is quiet a bargain! You're saving 10-20% in taxes and duties.
How fast will I receive my package?
We try to keep shipping and handling fees really low (as low as $1.99 for a single item) and the postal system is the only thing we can't control so we can't say for sure. We can offer you the following as a guide: 30% of people receive their package in 2-3 business days. 75% receive it in 5 business days. 98% receive their package in 5-10 business days. A small 2% receive their package in 3-4 weeks. So if you're one of the 2% please be patient and remember losses are very rare.
